How do I order MOD delivery?

It’s easy, here’s how:

  1. Order online at https://orders.modpizza.com/ or through the MOD App.
  2. Add pizzas, salads and more to your cart.
  3. When ready to checkout, select delivery under Order Preferences.
  4. Provide your address and select a delivery time.
  5. After checkout, you will receive an email with a status tracking link and estimated time of arrival for your order.

Here are some of the common questions about MOD delivery.

How do I know what locations are available for delivery?

The best way to find out if delivery is available to your address is to begin the ordering process. If you receive a prompt letting you know that your address is either outside of range or a driver isn't available at this time, your address is not available for delivery and you'll need to select another method to receive your order. On average, our delivery range extends about 3 miles from a MOD location.

Are your store hours the same as delivery hours?

If a store is open, it's also likely delivering. The best place to check for all hours is on our website at modpizza.com/location.

Is there a delivery minimum?

We require orders of $15 or more pre-tax for delivery.

How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee for most areas is $4.99 for orders ranging $15-$50 and free for orders over $50. In California, the delivery fee is $6.99.

If I tip on the app or online, where does it go?

For delivery orders, tips go to the driver that is delivering your food. Tips for other order methods, such as curbside pickup and take-out, go directly to our squad.

Will I receive MOD Rewards® points for my delivery order?

If you are signed-in to your MOD Rewards account in-app or online when placing your order, any earned points will be applied. Please note that points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.

How do I use my rewards when ordering for delivery?

When ordering via the MOD App: On the Make Payment screen, you will click View under Available Offers and select the offer you would like to use. The discount will then be applied to your total bill.

When ordering online: Ensure you are logged-in to your MOD Rewards account, select the location, choose your order, and select the Apply Reward button that will appear during Checkout. The discount will then be applied to your total bill.

How do I contact someone about an issue with my delivery?

If you ordered through MOD Pizza directly, please call the store you placed the order from or email us at [email protected] with details about the issue you are experiencing. If you ordered through a third-party delivery service, such as DoorDash, Uber Eats or Postmates, please contact the provider directly for support.

Why isn't MOD Pizza able to help me with my order submitted through a third-party provider?

Unfortunately, we cannot redeliver or refund orders placed with third-party delivery providers because MOD did not facilitate the original order or process payment.

Is delivery the only way to get food from MOD?

In addition to delivery, we also offer take-out and curbside pickup.
